Hi, Here's my new valve fittings :D They are 316 stainless and 2" diameter, piston valve body's outlets are 1 1/2".. and yes there is two of them ! ( i got them very cheap thats why 316 ss and two). use aluminium foil, and just put so many layers that you get to the pressure you want.

if the union sealing faces are those cone shaped ones, then its very hard to get good seal.. use pipe wrench
