Male threads on cap ...

My cap is the one that has threads on it. I screw it in the gun......

Hmmm....I'll think about pictures...But I really dont see why it screws on so much harder...The threads are VERY SLIGHTLY flat at the top on one side and just wont screw on very well....I'll be back with pic's I think, My camera sucks though

Alright thanks for the reviews...I cleaned, primed, and EXTRA glued everything together today! Letting it set up till tommorow at 5 then give it a whirl!

The fittings are nsf-dwv and I'm making a basic combustion cannon using starting fluid or something along those longs....So I should be alright...??? So should I mount the 2 screws in the fitting or just on the pipe?!?!

1) I recently bought some SCHAU 40 4 Inch diameter pipe that has a psi rating of 220 but my barrel (2inch) has a rating of 280psi... Is this ok? I dont want shit to blow up in my face....
2)Also my fitting dont have a PSI rating on them but are just as thick as the pipes.... Am I alright?!
