I would try to just stay under the radar. I don't know about NZ but I know some countries if you have a firearm permit the police can search your house without a warrant.

Epoxy would be my choice, rough up the surfaces first to ensure good adhesion. Or alternatively you could solder the joints or what ever it's called but epoxy should do the job.

One of the reasons you don't wear loose clothing while operating spinning machinery. I can't tell if it's fake or not I can't see his head being pushed through there maybe up to his shoulder but past that I don't know either way a very good reminder to underestimate the danger of power tools.

pvc's working pressure is usually rated at 73 degrees Fahrenheit. If you can figure out another working pressure at a colder temperature then you can work out the math to find the pressure rating at any given temperature.
