What would be better/safer
I just got all the parts for my first pneumatic gun.
I bought a 1/8" NPT Tank Valve to put the air into my chamber. Would it be better and safer to drill through 1 or 2 layers of PVC to thread it in. The total threaded length is about 7mm long. Since it is threaded it would be safe to just drill a ...

Maybe I could have a 2" diameter chamber connected to the bottom T on the stock instead of the stock having to serve as the chamber. I have herd about people blocking off the T so air doesn't get through, how would one go about doing this, not sure what it is called. Searched it but nothing came up ...

Yes I messed up on the picture but forgot to go back and edit it. Still trying to figure all this stuff out, it's more time consuming than I thought :P I'm still a little unclear, instead of threading it through one layer, are you saying I should have the schrader valve go through the side of the ...

My plans plus a few questions
Well I've been wanting to build a pneumatic for a long time and finally found a forum with good information. I do have a few questions about my design though. On the bottom with the schrader valve, should i put it on the end like I have or through 2 layers of pvc on the side? I have herd of people ...

Adapters for interchangeable barrels
I'm going to be using a modded 3/4 inch sprinkler valve and I was wondering: If I wanted to have interchangeable barrels, would it be better to have one adapter permanently in the valve and then the barrel have the other adapter on it or just have one on each barrel and screw it in when I want to ...

nsf-pw and nsf-dwv pvc
I posted this in the combustion section but now realized this is for the construction materials, sorry for that.
I made a combustion spud gun about 6 months ago, before I found this site. I just now realized that it says nsf-pw AND nsf-dwv on the combustion chamber. It seems to be thicker than ...
