Epoxy (waiting for jsr)

I think he should incorperate the vortex into a pneumatic cannon. So he can use a vortex cannon with a monstrouse piston valved cannon replacing the sheet of strechy material in the back of the gun.

I have and use that one and you should be fine, but i like to use 16 grams, they sell them in bike shops.

If you are using a piston qv and a blow gun you should be able to use itup to about 400 psi, and mabey a little more.

after reading your post for the first time i made one out of a jam jar, and i didn't create and force at all. you would have to use super light ammo and a huge pulse jet, plus they are soooo impractical and hard to start i don't think it is worth trying, but if you do make one it would be really cool.

That depends on where you live.

My uncle tried that, only he just put sewing machin oil in the gun and he got his pelets supersonic. The spring compression ignited the oil, and it lasted 6 shots.

why dont you use a threaded cap and mag, with an o ring seal.

I tried it once, i have a piece of dowel that i put in my barrel with a parachute attached to the top, either the parachute didn't open or it was torn to shreds. I was using the parachutes from 99 cent parachute men though so you should give it a go.

You could reduce the diameter of your barrel and keep the chamber as is.

You should change the pilot valve to a QEV, mabey you dont mind but i hate having to open ballvales to fire my guns.
