I had a larger suppressor before, filled with baffles and foam spacers. It was really effective but the outside diameter of 50mm was really ugly !

Performance could simply be improved by enlarging the chamber or upping the pressure.
Shortening the supressor might help aswell.
In that case I would use a bigger outer case to keep the volume up.
I had a larger chamber before (about 50% more volume) but the performances were not better...

Yep the suppressor is quite effective. About the power, the steel ball bearings (4,5g) goes right through this MDF board (18mm thick).

The pilot volume could be reduced but for ergonomical reasons and good flow it is difficult.
The thread of extinguisher is not standard but very close to 3/4" so I screwed it with epoxy glue.

Oh wait.I've just noticed the bolt action thing.You could just load by unscrewing the plug on the T at the back of the barrel.
And scrap the breech loader .

I bet that would seal better, and give you extra barrel lenght

It looks great but you have created a lot of dead space.I suspect you did that for the breech loading T at the back of the barrel

Wich is okay, a lot better still then a ballvalve.And the T loader is great, I made one just like that 6 years ago, but with a ballvalve.
