i don't think a fan is necessary, i load the spud and leave it at the end of the barrel, then add propane, then ram the spud down the barrel, which doubles the air in the chamber and mixes the gas.

Utter bollocks. On flat open ground, it's possible (for me at least, although bearing in mind my vision is above the human norm) to see a person a mile off, perhaps more.

we have up to 6" sch 40 at home depot and 8" sch 40 at meynards (5 & 10 ft sections) 8" (about $90 for 10', if my memory serves me well) is more nose-bleed in cost and 6" is too rich for my blood at the moment. i split my purchases between meynards and HD, meynards has a better selection of sch 40 ...
