sounds like you've already got a good list started .except try to get sch.40 parts . and try to stay away from bell reducers ( not sch 40) . there is lots of great builds on spudfiles to get ideas from. hair spray isn't the best fuel to use . but do try to meter your fuel.. starman has a great meter...

i simply used a 1.5 " T with the top half cut off .it has enough space to fit the piezo ignitor & the switch i use to run my fan & the batteries too then clamped it on with hose clamps

sure a dab of epoxy over the screw heads wont hurt any thing . when i put in the screws in mine i threaded a nut down to the inside chamber wall with a little epoxy on them . just dont plan on ever getting them back out..welcome to spudfiles

thats cool, ragnaroc makes these miniature figurines & posts them on this site. so should you. but what do you ignite with? its kinda hard so see in your first picture .cant wait to see some damage pics ,maybe a close up pic of your cannon

welcome to spudfiles!! thats a nice looking gun you've got there. are you going to paint it? it looks very similar to the first one i made. propane is a much better fuel so try that. also concider upgrading this one to an advanced .. or for your next build ..you'll like it much more . again welcome ...

no need to wrap in duct tape if all your making is a simple spray & pray. unless thats the finish you wanted ,the pressures involved wont be a problem as long as you've used the proper primer & glue and waited for it to cure. a good/cool idea is to try to build in a way as to upgrade this cannon int...
