This Piston it's self is made from a door stop the length of it was twice as long but i cut it in half and pop-riveted the piece of rubber onto it.

The tape was just to make the fit just that more snug. I have used this piston in blank and none black firing dozens of times and its not yet had to be ...

As Soon as the weather gets warmer ill finish it off and i can finish off Both my gun A Co-axil (like the one in the images) And a copper QEV rifle. =-)

Its feet all have thick rubber on them but i put a metal cable around it holding on firmly to the box which could be why i am going to put some runner there too.

Yes it work's very well But it Is Really Loud.

A few week's ago i got this compressor from a Sanyo air conditioner and i have been meaning too work on it i bought a Low Pressure Gauge for it today (58psi For safe testing purposes) and i also mounted it in a foot locker i made out of wood. The setup i really like but its not 100% Finished yet ...

I Got this A/C Compressor a while ago and My cousin and i did this to it, He thinks i should leave it how it is but i want it without all the wires & more compact like "boyntonstu's" BTU 8,000 compressor without a million wires hanging every where.
