It really depends what you are using them for, are you refilling them with propane or are they some kind of air storage tank, if so there could be better alternatives.
EDIT: gun freak beat me to it ...

The pressure is not equalized in this design, the piston would just open as soon as you started to add pressure, along with this problem even if it was to work the piston isn't floating on the bolt, so you would probably get injured trying to use your hand to pull it.

90 degree bends will not really effect you flow any significant amount, the air will flow through the tees faster than your sprinkler valves.

The bolt is done. Works well. Got a great fit on the o rings and the metal sleeve. Next is the manifold. From how I see it, I have these options: http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/Test-Tee-1WKL8 http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/Two-Way-Cleanout-Tee-1WJN8 http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/pvc-and-cpvc...

Just some quick input on Hybrid valves and 1:1 ratio. This isn't as critical as it seems. Due to the mass of the piston, the burn time of the mix, the distance the piston must move before the seal breaks at the port and o rings, the simple time delay of the valve mass may be enough to delay opening...

A qev slide valve combo on a regulator seems like yourbest shot it will give you a quick, consistent, easily adjustable platform that will still get quite a few shots of a tank.

this thread made me lol if the epoxy is thick you can heat it up a bit to thin it out, i do that a lot to make sure it gets in all the tight spots. might be hard if you do it in a syringe. How are you heating it? Fire hazard??? Warnings all over epoxy containers. so is non stick cooking spray, go f...

Fueling via the pump really isn't a good idea. Anyone know what the dieseling compression ratio is of propane? For gasoline it is what, something like 14:1, which is doable with a good shock pump. There's a little device called a " Fire Piston " that aboriginals in SE Asia used to light fires. With...

While it does heat up I have my doubts as to whether it would actually reach the flash point. but are you willing to bet your life to that doubt? I don't think so. besides how about the sides of the piston in the pump how hot would those get? It just ain't worth the risk... for one thing dieseling ...
