Combustion Cannon - Illegal in the UK?
Is it true you need a shotgun or FAC licence to legally own a combustion cannon in the UK?
I have one but I am not sure how legal it is. How can it be legal to own a 12ft/lb air rifle but not a potato gun.
Getting shot in the head with an air rifle would easily penetrate the skull. Getting hit ...

Coleman Lantern Sparker in the UK?
Looking for a lantern sparker to use as a 2nd ignitor, to be used if the other one fails or it just gives the choice.
However I cannot find these to buy in the UK. From America the shipping is like $12 for a $4 sparker.
Anyone found a source?
Thanks

Sparker and ignition problems.
I have been using a piezoelectric clicker out of an electric lighter. The spark is enough to ignite but it stops working after 1 combustion due to it getting so wet.
I was thinking about a BBQ ignitor but they are also piezoelectric and I assume they will suffer from the same problems?

Made the holes too big!
Right so I am using a lighter sparker for ignition. It is fairly weak but can create sparks around 1.5cm long which works well.
The bolts I originally was using are too thick for the electricity to go through and as such only make sparks 1mm long!
I have some thinner screws I would like to use ...
