I've been busy with another Cannon and I still don't have a Steel Barrel.
Also my neighbors told me that they will call the police if I shoot "that thing" again.
So I guess I will have to shoot in my basement from now on.

Update:

Shot at a 4mm thick Steel Plate at 20x and it went through without problems.
I tried to do it again (at 20x) to see if I can get through 6mm Steel and my barrel exploded

I will use a Steel Barrel as soon as I can find one that is smooth on the inside. It would also be nice if I can find one that has the same ID as my Copper Barrel because a friend just sent me a Picture of some
sweet 26mm Steel Projectiles he made for me :)
They are between 70 and 80mm long and ...

Well to be honest I have no idea how it happened.
In the first video I was using a barrel with an ID of 16mm and a steel ball as a projectile.
The ball fit really nice and tight in it and I shot 20+ time with balls of the same diameter before it happened ...

Barrel: 2,5m long, 26mm ID, 28mm OD
Chamber: 20 cm long, 2'' diameter (about 660ml)
Ignition: Sparkplug + Stungun
Burstdisks: Alu. foil
Ammo: 200-500g lead
Mixes: 8-18x
