Hi just putting down some plans for my first air gun
so here goes:



32mm union ball valve as the "trigger"

2mts of 32mm 10BAR pipe

2 90 degrees pvc elbow 16Bar

and a 32mm cap to stop off the air.

Attachments/gadgets

Grip

pressure guage

Sling

and perhaps a breechloading mechanism ...

Would you be able to use one of those union ball valves in a pneumatic.

As a proud brit myself I have found it very difficult to find a site where you can buy components to make cannons, but the other day one of my freinds who is also a fellow spudGunner told me about this site:

Hay all, ive recently thought of using all the spare parts which have caused a backlog of pvc in my garage to make a new spudgun, the trouble is that i only have 60mm and 50mm fittings eg; endcaps and reducers and whatever, so my question is that would a chamber diameter of 60mm reduced down to 50 ...

You could probably use an old Brake cable off a bicicyle.
I also have a wire saw which is just as effective as a hacksaw but a lot cheaper

What is 1inch in milimeters?

as I live in the UK it is hard to find Pvc fittings and pipe for a good price for example on one plumbing website I saw 110 mm pvc pipe being sold at £40 per meter, and thanks to mr Brown £40 is about $35 so to over come the problem of lack of PVC pipe I've decided to build a spud gun out of PVC ...

I want too put a bipod on my combustion cannon to give it a "mortar" feel
But i'm unsure on how to mount it On my barrel
Any suggestions?

If you want bang for your buck then Any old body spray or deoderant not thhe dry stuff though
As it leaves a horrible chalky residue in the chamber.
Hairspray is also a no for me as it leaves. A gunk on your ignion source
