Using CAD software (CoCreate Modeling Personal Edition)
Hey guys. Been planning on making another spud gun, but I wanted to use CAD software to plan it. does anyone use this particular software? I've been experimenting with it and I'm really starting to like it. Are there any other recommendations for easier software other than Google sketch up?

Improving performance on my Piston valve air cannon?
I recently built a 2 inch piston valve with 1 inch porting. The tank is screwed on via a 1 inch slip to thread adapter. I use a 1 inch srinkler valve as a pilot valve (This one's an Orbit Watermaster). I used a 1 1/4 inch coupler as the piston and filled it with epoxy. When I fill the gun with air ...

Guys thanks so much for your help! I built a working piston valve! :D I used spare parts from mah other cannon for most of the parts, and tested it at around 75 psi. I can't really estimate what kind of performance it has, because It's really dark out, and I didn't have proper spuds. I'm going out ...

Distance the piston needs to move?
Hello all, I'm new to the forums. Some might recognize me from the benheck forums.
Anyways, my attempts at building a piston valve failed, but I'm willing to try again. I don't give up easily. I was wondering, how far does the piston need to move back in order for good airflow? I've heard from ...
