and i think combustion is not quite up my street as it were yet.

and well im in the deciding stage of small paintball size launcher or tennis ball size

i can decide between the two

i just have a metal thing about combustion and the cost of the fuel and i know its cheap but just that something about it

and maybe the fact it runs out whereas air doesnt

maybe a future cannon tho

and it just to get an idea of a larger cannon
as i dont have weilding equipment or milling or lathe equipmetn so metal is harder in some ways

UK PVC Cannon supplies

I live in the south of the UK and am looking to build a second cannon using pvc but in wickes and BnQ dont seem to show any pressure rating on the pvc pipes

and two. the pipes are usually not as large bore as the ones i have seen on here.

any comments of websites or places , or something im ...

ok i did my own testing as i initialy used 2 2litre bottles for my first cannon
i tested them totally full of air and they always seemed to burst at 125 psi
and if the same bottle is contiuiusly used it cans trech and weaken so i recomend replacing the bottles every so often

the pilot valve bit i have no idea what you said it what it does

and well only problem is i having fire extingisher under its very heavy and also the fewer turns i have the less energy is wasted as the air tries to get round the bend
not that it will really make that much difference i imagine

ah ok thanks man

i have a barrel but its stupidly long so didnt have it on at the time i took the pictures

and for my next one i was thinking maybe solder joints. its just getting the money at the moment is the problem

and the reason the pipe is quite long is so that i can put it on my shoulder ...
