I wouldn't modify the brass sprinkler valve unless you have a tap and die set because if you try to use the fitting as a tap, it well.... wont work, nice first build.

My current set up is the front end of my bbmg a blowgun and pvc pipe but I was bored and just wanted to try somethi...

New airsoft/ small caliber valve design

Hey guys I have come up with a neat hammer valve design that is extremely easy to make, all you need is an airtank, a blowgun, and something to use as a hammer and don't forget an airsoft barrel, I have only tested it a few times but the results have been good enough to put an airsoft bb through bot...

Welcome to the forums Rubzzen. You should be able to get one just about anywhere home depot carries them and so does lowes but if you want to get one at a lower price try looking at discount stores that carry tools such as job lot. You will be able to get them for $2 to $15. I don't recommend this a...

See the issue with adding a plunger is the pipe nipple protruding into the chamber from the blowgun shown here. Would angled plates help at all? I could maybe put a plunger in 1/2 of it, would moving the blowgun forward or backward help to?

Ok thanks I am filling it about 3/4 of the way and it seems to be a bit better than it was, I put wire so the bbs won't go into the blowgun, I think this may have helped.

I made a diagram and took some pictures of the front and all of the threaded adapters in the front and back are filled with hot glue to decrease the chamber volume, here they are.

Cloud issues and questions

Hi guys, I am in the process of building a cloud. I recently replaced the pentube barrel with an airsoft barrel and now if it isn't level it won't shoot. I am thinking that if I flare the inside end of the barrel it will fix this but am not sure. I am also considering building a backpack air tank an...

Have you considered using a small propane tank such as one for a torch? Otherwise you may be able to transfer it if you can connect a propane hose to it with a few valves and make a smaller tank, connect the tank through any type of connection open all valves to fill close and then disconnect.

You are going to modify the chamber to have a bigger output right because if you don't it will be equivalent to having a 1/4in npt valve and it wound decrease range a ton, and it would deplete the purpose of having 2 2in valves.
