As long as you solder well you do not need to make them stronger... Depends on the copper but i think most copper is rated for about 120psi. I know BtB went to about 300psi with copper but said it felt very nasty... Im sure 200psi would be ok and 240psi is pushing it.

Haha... Well if its got some threads that are easy to attach to somthing then i will use it for a launcher. Wheres that site with all those obscure threads information? Hi guys short question here :) I have steel tube, 6mm ID and 10mm OD and i want to be able to thread the last half inch of the tube so i can then screw that into steel with a 10mm ID. Would I use an M10 Die on the 6mm ID tube and then an M10 Tap on the 10mm ID tube? Im not sure how metric threads wo...
