After some failed tests with homemade piston valves I now decided to try a commercial QEV.

I tried hard to find some suppliers here in Germany but to no success.

Thanks Qwerty, nice idea, only I think I wont use a coaxial, as there is no proper way (at least none I know of) to integrate a magazine later on. I will think about this for a while, so keep the ideas coming.
