Very nice and clean. I don't think I have seen very many hybrids that small. Usually there is a monstrosity of piping and pressure gauges and such around the chamber.

I always use that purple primer stuff from home depot. As far as I know, primer helps the joint to have more strength.

And what did you use to draw these dwg's? Isn't that an Autodesk file format? Why not use Inventor or something if you are rich enough or lucky enough to get the 2D cad?

I just discovered why I had the piston inverted (the cup side towards the barrel). If I un-invert the piston, there will not be enough space for the piston to move around.

The only problem I can foresee with this is that since my barrel is .5", it makes it hard to find a screw small enough to still get a good seal and at the same time not being so small that the rubber rips right off. Also, my barrel is slightly crooked, due to a failed experiment in trying to flare ...

Kind of off topic, but could this be used to drive a tesla coil? My dad built a tesla coil during college and used a digital 'something' to resonate the coil. Most people in his used a sparkgap, so he got a D on the project even though it was more stable then the others.

They (as in the bottling companies like Coca-Cola) have 3L bottles with a wide mouth. Those caps are very big.

Very clean and nice. Sure beats my first mini (a pill bottle).

If possible, I would switch to using 3/8" brakeline tubing since it has about .25-.5mm of clearance, which would allow for cheap deformed bb's.
