For a spark gap, i would go out buy 1/8'' npt tap and the drill bit required. and a NGK CR10EK spark plug just drill tap he end cap or though both the 90* and pipe. then connect your stungun to it.


as for the union, you might have to grind/lathe down the lips in the union.

I think you would have a very difficult time making an inline solution to a piston valve in that union to replace the burst disk. Have a look at Fnord, MrCrowley, and SpudBlaster15's examples in the hybrid showcase for something that will work and is much simpler to accomplish with limited tooling ...
