This was an idea i had floating around but why not hook up the 12volt compressor to a 12 volt battery, then to a small accumulator such as a fire extinguisher, then that to your Airsoft Gun.

Although you would need a switch (on the gun to turn the compressor on and off) and if noise is a problem ...

Sorry, this was kinda a dumb question , but i thought there might have been a fancy way on how to inject the butane.

Any chance of details on how the loading mechanism and magazine where made?

They fire extinguisher you linked, is roughly $33 if you go down to you hardware store you can pick the same type up for $20.

My multishot gets about 10-15 (Good) shots, dropping about 4-5 psi per shot

I can upload mine if that would help you with designing yours

Yes, the first (1) question is correct, all though you need to add a fill valve (air compressor) to the Pilot (TRIGGER) of you QEV such as a quick release fitting found on a air compressor (make sure is a male one so it can pilot).

I have looked everywhere to find 4.5mm ID but still haven't found anything suitable yet.

Thankyou for your concern but the diagrams and method outlined on this thread of how to place a fitting in and epoxy it in. Have NOT BEEN CARRIED OUT as a deduced that this was to hard for me to do at the current level of time. (Thanks JSR for the diagram and all your help :D :D :D ...

This may sound dumb but, it's 30,000 volts but at a very low amperage so that if you jab someone it will not permanently disable them. :shock:

This may sound like a dumb question but, i'm planning to build a 3/4 (20)mm barrel sealing piston valve air cannon using a rubber stopper as a piston. I've been down to my local hardware store ready to start the build but:

the bunnings do not have any hose barbs as a sealing faces.
