at sea level 14.7 psia is the same as 0 psig. is this true or false?

( i was confused because psia absolute 0 is at 0 and psig absolute zero reads 14.7 and i thought in order for this to be true if pisa is 14.7 shouldnt psig read 29.4 for it to be ...
