EDIT: I seem to be completely wrong about the regulator :( I'm not sure why I thought it was safe before as I try to be as cautious as possible Maybe I'll go back into hiding and stop trying to give people advice  I will say, however, that safe or not I've used it with a pball tank with no probl...

1. Edit your post rather than double-posting :) 2. Screw the tank adapter onto the tank, then attach a 1/8" NPT male-male fitting between it and the regulator intake. Attach a 1/8" NPT male-* to the regulator output. The star can be male or female depending on your setup, I can't help you more witho...

Naa just looking at too much dry ice lately lol Wait, Isn't this idea technically a hybrid. It's using Water + Dry ice. A hybrid is a mix of two things... lol In this context, hybrid would mean a mix of two methods of shooting (eg. HPA and combustion) You cannot fire gun using only water, so water+...

Oh. I believe any bend will add turbulence=decrease flow, so A might have slightly better performance, but I don't think it's much of an issue.

Ball valves (design A) have a very slow opening time, and in general are going to be inferior to basically any other valve (QEV, hammer, piston, diaphram etc)

In a 1/4" union, about how many sheets of aluminum foil is appropriate for ~12x mix (propane)? I say about 12x because I'm measuring by preignition pressure (160 psi) not by mix

I cut 64 (in batches of 16) but if that's too strong I don't want to have wasted time cutting them

after a little bit of the maths, I figured this out ((.042)*((x+14.7)/1.042)) is the formula for the psi of propane to put in. x in that formula is the combined pressure of air and propane (the pressure you see on the bike/shock/fridge pump gauge). That means, for accurate results, the propane must ...

I'll probably have to get a better gauge in that case :x I was hoping to meter, instead of based on mix numbers, on the air I put in. I want to do it like that because my shock pump gauge is not very precise (small dial that goes to 600 psi). So if I put in 250 psi, can I just put in 264.7*0.04 = 10...

I'm having a lot of trouble firing my hybrid, I think I might have the wrong amount of propane. I know it's supposed to be 4% ish of propane, does that mean I can do it based on pressure alone? I mean, if I pump to 60 psi, then there's 74.7 psig of air in the chamber. Can I just add 4% * 74.7 of pro...
