I was actually just drawing out a way to make it a hybrid :D I was thinking I could add propane, pressurize it, then have an electric connection that set off a stun gun with wires going inside the barrel and out towards the muzzle at the same time I pulled back the release. Maybe a little risky, but...

You can't use a bottle cap with this design because then you couldnt put it onto the PVC. And the 1/2" sch. 40 is probably the closest there is. If you put some soap, or even sunblock on it, there's practically no friction while shooting. And the barrel should be longer. This gun was designed for sm...

I've pressurized it up to 150 psi and the only trouble I've ever had was that I needed another hose lamp because one wasn't enough. There's really too many zip ties for anything to go wrong.

Handheld Bottle Rocket Launcher

I don't know if this counts as a "pneumatic cannon" but it's pretty darn close. I haven't seen any other bottle rocket launchers on spudfiles (although maybe there are some), so I figured I should post it. I got the idea from http://www.sciencetoymaker.org. In fact its nearly an exact copy minus the...

Alright. I'll play around with it a little bit, I'll see what works and what doesn't. Thanks for the input, I've had an experience with accidental firings, not exactly the best day in my life

Yeah, I'll probably go with the presta. How fast will it beagle to fill up e air chamber? Will it significantly restrict how fast it fills? I'm trying to make a semiauto gun, and I want the rate of fire as high as possible

Where would I find something like that? That's pretty much exactly what I need. Wait, isn't that the valve used on bikes? Maybe I'm wrong but that's what's used on racing bikes

Where to find check valves?

Hello all,
I'm trying to find small check valves that I can put into a 2" piston, but everywhereive gone, the check valves are larger than my actual piston.

Does anyone know where I can find small check valves?

Thank you so much! these websites are perfect! To be honest, I hate eBay. I've never had a good experience with them. This seems perfect. I'm sure I can find one to use.
