Air pressure will come from a paintball airtank or a pump that goes up to 3500 psi to fill paintball tanks

I'm currently building an hybrid which will shoot 16mm glass bbs (kids toys ones) between mix 8 and mix 16, and I would like to have simulations of the max pressure of the chamber ...

I maid a simualtion with solidworks, with mix10 and a burst disk holding 30 atm. It gave me a fire rate between 250 and 500 shots per minute, depending of the friction and of the spring stiffness

it a resin with very short fibers mixed in it that improve the cohesion of the resin. I've already a pot of it, and I have to use it quickly so.....

the inner of the brass would be scratched so that the epoxy can be well held
I'll maybe replace it by glass fiber charged resin

finally I won't hold the BB with a rubber tube, I'll put a screwed "inner barrel" to be able to put a burst disk, because I want it to hold about 40 atm as pre-ignition ...

I found a special switch for HV, that is able to switch up to 100 000 volts but, I won't try such a madness, I don't want to get 35000 Volts in my fingers

here you can see the key in grey, wich would eject the cartridge:
when the cartridge rushs back with the blow-back pressure, it will hit the key, rotate, and eject
the magnet is just here to pull back the cartridge in case of misfire, you must pull back quickly the lever so that the cartridge hit ...

canon length : about 550 mm
cartridge internal dimensions :
- diameter : 14mm
-length : 45mm
mix: 6 to 10
ignition : scooter ignition coil
expected performances : 365m/s 22 ...

this will only be for very light machining, and I'll add a bearing above the chuck, the heaviest machining I'll do may be milling 1 mm of aluminium with a 10mm of diameter mill
