Made these awhile ago but starting to make some videos again for fun.

Do you have a budget or access to parts. What ammo are you going to use ? I found airsoft a good place to start or even Nerf Rival can give good results with low pressure.

Santa got me a Flashforge AD5X, it's a whole new level from my Ender 3, self loading, self purging, self leveling, 4 colors.

Yes still at it in a small way, got a new 3D printer as well, using it on this build.

Going to be single shot with a pump action reload from the side mounted magazine. 3D printed the slide. Going to 3D print the grip as well when I figure it out.

Going to make something from these parts, 10mm BBs, single shot or semi auto, I will see what works out.

I think more FPS will give more impact for the same weight projectile.

Used the 10mm BB magazine and a 1/2" air triggered valve. all the Orange is 3d printed PETG. The stock, mid grip and front grip are PLA.

Most of the danger will come from the construction of the Spud Gun, not the use, PVC being what it is, will be the main cause of failures, usually explosive. PVC is not air pressure rated.

Black Friday sales soon, got to be some deals on 3D printers. I got my Ender 3 1/2 price in a sale. Started with PLA, now printing stuff with PETG.

I remade it again into semi auto airsoft, no moving parts, it just blows the BBs up the ammo tube.

I wonder if the solenoid valve also needs pilot air to operate and as it starts to dump theres not enough pressure to open it. I have blocked and redrilled pilot ports before so the solenoid part always has full pressure. If the valve has a manual actuation button on it have you tried firing with ...
