What should I do for a regulator I noticed that the ones at hardware stores don't go past 200 psi, were can I find a better regulator?

It would help if you would describe your firing setup, are you going to have a main tank at 350 psi and firing chamber at 100 psi, what are you trying to achieve ...

If you can't weld, compression fittings are your friend!

Measure the diameter of the compressor pipes.
