Re: Side lever for the hammer

That's some pretty good shooting for airsoft BBs! Not good enough... The bb is airsoft, not the gun. I had absolutely no idea that the bbs does absorb the moisture and change shape, and I can not hit my target. Too much precision with this airsoft,. I shoot 1000 bb in 1 week till I figured out that...

Softchrono results before adding a harder spring were 200 m/s ,. 8, ? Joules. Charged to 50 bar.
Kind of few joules....

Re: Side lever for the hammer

Have you measured the velocity? Could the air blast be damaging the BB in the barrel? What weight and quality of BB are you using? With cheap 0.12g BBs, I have managed to fragment them in the barrel just from the air blast... 0.40g bb -AirArms. The bb gets inttactc inside my targets. I do not use a...

Re: Side lever for the hammer

No it doesn't. Just want to see how the lever pulls back the hammer a It's quite clear how the hammer is cocked and the lever is then returned to the firing position. Not this kind of lever,. The one in the upper video. The lever for the hammer. By parchment I mean the rod that pulls the hammer ,

1000 psi, 65 bar I think. It is a lot of pressure.

The resolution is not brilliant but you can see the important bits.
No it doesn't. Just want to see how the lever pulls back the hammer and then when you push the lever back, what happens to the parchment.......

Re: Side lever for the hammer

Your project looks very interesting and well manufactured. I like the side lever to compress the spring. It is not my video, I am working on it, and I like what this guy ( in vid.) has done. Only thing wrong is he chosen wrong fire extinguisher head, too large output for 6 mm. There are exact 6 .mm...

Re: At a loss here... Pressurizing my cannon

And it works! Just shot a rolled up washcloth at almost 20 bars! Made the cannon jump up quite a bit too :D It fills the very small pilot in a snap, but the chamber just takes for ever tho... It would awesome to find 2 exact same compressors and hook them up together for twice the filling speed. Ma...

Re: At a loss here... Pressurizing my cannon

"that thermic resistance " does not worm up , it shuts of the motor if something is wrong. So for what we use it, there is no need for protection. this is a way to resuscitate old used compressors .
