That machine only cut preset designs that are supplied with the machine. It has dies's or cards that you insert into it, according to the infomercerial I seen.

Looks to me like his is 1/2". I have the 1/2" sleeve valve from McMaster and the OD of the sleeve is about the same as the OD of a 1" fitting. That looks to be the case for the RevoSemi's valve as well.

I think part of the problem may be your setup. With a barrel significantly larger than the valve and a really light projectile you have a setup that is hypersensitive to valve flow rate.
