Also, Ive been looking into a 5 gallon bead sealer for a safe alternative to a PVC pressure tank.

Thanks for the reply guys! So it looks like I should be able to achieve my target range using a pneumatic system with some sort of a disposable piston for my non frozen baits... if not I can always mold frozen projectiles for additional distance.
