Hello, i try to make a small cannon/single shot pistol that i will shoot powder with. I wan't it to be able to make a big cloud, and i wan't it to be powerful enough to not come back by wind.

Searching for something really easy to build that not requires that much tools.
It does'nt really matter how it's propelled, co2, pcp, blanks etc., even springs and rockets.. - the important is that it's a pretty small pistol, can hold a big magazine and is not to weak, atleast over 10 joule.
