I have to agree, using oxygen is a dangerous additive. If you are adding more than smidge, you're in danger if you finally get the mixture right and it ignites properly. Propane will only ignite between 2.5% and 9.2% by volume with air at sea level, so you may well be under fueling it. Get it all s...
