with that kind you just have to get the hole the correct size, but it is still really not safe. Instead, use an Air Tank Valve(A threaded shrader you have a tire valve) and some bushings to get down to 1/8" then just stick on some teflon tape and screw it in much safer and easy to replace for maybe ...
