I have a stun gun, but i cant figure out how to open it, i think it is glued together.

Im trying to make my own ignitor, by making an arc between wires. I believe it could be done with a 9 volt battery, capacitor, and switch. Anyone know how? With a 3300 uF cap i was able to short it and make a small spark. I then added another in series and it exploded!! I guess that cap couldnt take...
