I don't think that work, the compressor is designed to put out a set pressure there for it won't put out anymore then that pressure. It would ether stall or more likely just let the compressed air straight thought without compressing it further.

Im working on a gun right now with two parralel one inch modified sprinkler valves. The problem is, because they have to join up again after they split, theres both a lot of dead volume, and the gas streams are going to smash together at the Y connector and

a) blow it clean off
b) heat up
c) work ...

there may be an easier way to have it rotate...

the easiest way would be to have the barrel assembly isntead of the ammo assembly rotate, and drill a little hole int he side of it that would jet some gas in the other direction.
