It's not CIA, they only use passive monitoring at the ISP level. It's not possible for you to see what they're doing because it's all on level upstream from your system... And by the way, the NSA is responsible for surveillance in-country...

Relax, it's not CIA. It's just some tracker loaded by some adware/spyware. You should scan your system and disinfect it. CIA is way too clever to use a simple hidden file that you can trip over... The CIA uses TCP/IP trackers at the ISP level, and they monitor traffic externally to your system. It's...
