yeah spark plugs run on some 35,000 volts. So if ya find something that could put out that kinda power then sure ya can.

what I did today is get a neon light transformer. line two wires up in there and have a very hot constant arc to light it. Worked perfectly for a while then the transformer stopped working :( Wasn't so great because ya had to be near a plug too but you could shoot it off one after another didn't ...

lol jeez $100 for alil combustion? thats a deal. We made 2 combustions 3" chamber with 2" barrel barrel is like 3 feet long for like $35. Sellin em for $100 each would be nice. Specially for bout the 10 minutes it takes to assemble them.

Jeez that thing is pretty quite. First combustion I made sounds like a cannon going off. But it makes it a good 300 - 400 feet.

haha well ya did better them me. I just tried to make one few hours ago and the bb went maybe 1-2 feet. Only when it would fire which was not often.
