i'd rather not have a hanging barrel...

i could just mix the epoxy normally then thickly coat the outside of the pipe and inside of the valve tube. i could just hold the vale so the epoxy would drip towards the end.... would this work?

then a 3/4" sch40 in the outlet... close but i dont think i can seal that with glue... its a wee bit too big to go in the inlet.

ok, i saw the charts. but the thing is that there isn't a pipe with a tight enough fit. if i knew the right size to pipe i could sleeve it in there and have a tighter fit.
edit: do you think i could sleeve some 1.5" sdr21 in there? it'd be be a tight fit, but it might work. anyone?

but they don't have the right size pipe to glue in there, thats why i have to sleeve it.

ok, i have a QEV that im gonna have to sleeve some pipe into. the inlet is one inch, the outlet is 1 1/16" and i gotta know what size pipe i should sleeve into that and then what psize pipe should be on the outside of the sleeved pipe.

the QEV's on ebay always have the wrong information so you just have to deal with it. its not that big of a problem but its would be nice to have it threaded. how much would a 1" tap cost, do ya think?

imforcedtodothis, make your chamber and screw it into the red part. Make sure you have a pilot valve in the QEV. Pressurize it. If it holds pressure, you know you have it right, if it doesn't, I'll slap myself for being stupid.

well, i looked in the holes and it looks similar to a barrel sealing piston valve... so now the barbed part is looking like the outlet.

while i was researching i rmembeed the gun on advanced spuds that uses a goeyn, and the inlet is infact the part w/ the hose barbs.

its a goyen high flow, off of ebay. 1" inlet and outlet, and the actuator port is 1/4"
