Looks good, but why use the pressure washer with airsoft pressures?

Whats the ID if your barrel?

Pressure washer was for convenience mainly, seeing as it is essentially pre-molded handle that would otherwise be some hackjob that I would have had to do myself :P

Just finished my first fully portable strafer, which I intend to use as an airsoft flamethrower.

Runs off regulated CO2 and uses a machined nylon vortex block.

I still have a little asthetic work to do on the backpack, but other than that, it shoots great, so Im happy.

I think the pressure drop may just be the result CO₂ boiling off and cooling rapidly as you described. The only way to avoid that is to just use a bigger tank, or cut the flow down(If you intend to use this for airsoft you won't need much power).

I have one of the Kobalt CO2 regulators, but it has a really bad cooldown issue, so I can only get about 1 second bursts before losing pressure.

Would putting an expansion chamber between the tank and the valve remedy this problem?

sleeve valves are not the most comfortable 3 way valves that exist... though it probably does it job good enough

personally I would use a longer barrel... just to get greater max range and to suppress the gun

Any have any good design suggestions for a mortar bipod? IM looking for something that is adjustable to a somewhat reliable degree and that looks reasonably realistic.

Never having used threaded pipe for any sort of pressure-holding project, I have a question:

Should I simply put thread tape on the fittings and screw them together, or is there a adhesive of some sort that I should use like with slip-on fittings?
