Re: pneumatic spearguns...
An example of the Crosman "Rocket Spear Sea Gun" came up for sale locally, were it a different economic climate I would have contemplated purchasing it but alas, these are difficult times and choices must be made  It did however persuade me to do some more digging and I found the patent . http...

Re: Hybrid pumped weapon project
Very interesting (and creative use of Tippex!) and good that you made it work!
I had done some experiments with lead projectiles sealed in a breech when playing with hybrid cartridges, metal on metal there were no leaks and it worked to about 8x if I recall correctly.

Re: Semi-Automatic Airsoft Pistol
Very clean, I'm guessing it's a double-action trigger and a simple "tee" bolt?
My Fionda works the same way.

Is it my impression or did you use balsa wood in the construction?

Very clean work, nice "proper" evolution after all that prototyping...
I like the markings too, although perhaps it's more of a Fuerza Aerea (+Butanea) Argentina sort of equipment

That is some beautiful work, excellent job!
I second the advice to properly meter fuel and as to ignition, instead of a percussion cap perhaps you can use the same hammer to strike a piezo that will generate a spark?

Re: Anyone seen this PROOF yet if so or even if Not check it out
Fascinating device! From what I can tell, it's a variation on the detent BBMG using a flexible seal as a detent. I had made several experiments along these lines, here is one of them in 3mm caliber. One of the issues I encountered is that the following BB plugged the barrel too quickly, so the air w...

Re: the air cartridge we wanted
Interesting stuff! It seems to go around laws restricting barreled weapons by effectively being a spigot gun without a "barrel" per se. I've found a picture of the cartridge internals: https://i.imgur.com/zm2eNsH.jpg My impression is that it is the exhaust valve piston design we all know and love, w...

Welcome to the forum!

If you'll be using butane gas as a fuel, it will all be used when you fire, so you will have to re-inject fuel and re-pressurize for every shot.

Interesting design, if I understood correctly it's intended to cycle with a constant flow of gas?
