Where is the safety blow off valve?

The launcher can only hold as much pressure as the weakest part.

Yes, I am the guy from DIY go karts, and no, i took it apart weeks ago. I am buying a pocket bike instead in a few weeks. But until then, i made a pocket kart out of this go kart, it is about 16 inches long, and about 5 inches wide. It is TINY, about 1/5 the size of this kart. Pictures with a somet...

I had some paintballs weigh in at nearly 3 grams.

If you want a biodegradable projectile that's hard to break, use MonsterBalls paintballs from WalMart.

You should try to get ball bearings and a metal rod as axle. I think alot of friction and wear will not help the thing move. The large diameter of the pipe doesnt help also (larger radius for the forces to act out on). The Drive wheel has its own assembly, it is then supported/connected to the PVC ...

You think that because you're young and still think you are invincible...don't worry, this condition will pass... I used to think that too. He should put some kind of even primitive mechanical brakes on this thing. He's made some good improvements and should follow through the right way. Usi...

There looks to be a bolt through the front PVC pipe where the front wheels are mounted. Then you use your feet to push on the bar to steer the ca...

I can't even begin to imagine why you chose PVC pipe for an axle. How are you attaching wheel to the setup you have there? Why not use some steel pipe, or steel rod or a real go kart axle? Someone correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like its not really a PVC axle. Its PVC pipe for the rear wheels ...

If you refrigerate paintballs, they will become brittle and break a lot better.

As to the velocity restrictions, that only at some fields. Some will allow you to increase the velocity to make up the difference.
