The Question i have here for anyone who has experience with this Item or has access to accurate info is - can this REgualtor work with the newer Paintball Tanks that use compressed air? Reason: The compressed air tanks charge up to 6,000 PSI. That would give you roughly 6-8 times the use per fill-up...

Jack how strong would you say the spring needs to be for it to be a succesfull bumper? Also wouldnt the spring itself warp?

I am trying my first Barrel sealer now and I have a decent spring I want to try out for a bumber. I am concerned because it compresses with about 1-2lbs of force...

No that I have already...Let me post my pics so you will see give em a minute. My question was is there a reducer bushing that will fit into the 2" pipe itself not into the coupler.

I may need to do more research to see how people make their ports in their 2" pistons.

Thanks again Frank

Frank thank you that sounds right. Home Depot doesnt carry them by me. But a Slip Bushing you mean it fits INSIDE the 2" pipe and reduces to 1 1/2".

Thanks Frank

2" Barrel Sealing Piston 1 1/2 Reducer Bushing?

Hi Okay my eyes burn now. Someone please help. I am putting together a PVC 2" Piston using High Pressure PVC 2" T. My question is for the barrel end of the T what bushing am I supposed to use? i differ to those who have more experience but again as long as you are not filling them with lead, you should have any safety issues.

Rather you will have to experiement what weights work best with your Chamber:Barrel.

Stay safe and have fun.

Are you trying to modify an actual Paintball gun? It might be easier, cheaper, and more reliable if you bought a Palme regulator for your paintball tank. Then built something that looks like this http://pukindogspaintball.com/cannons/BECC.htm for a palmer regulator google search "palmer regulator" i...

Theres a post here to use a coupling instead of a end cap. Its for 2" but you can use the same idea here to mod it for 4" if you are still having problems.

Just courios but what is the (toilet flange?) compacter thing do for you?

Have you taken apart the competitions Launcer to see what you can learn? Just a thought. Keep up the developement I am followin...

Same idea as above. Find any sort of carton with a diameter bigger then 5". Then put the round carton into the barrel as far as it will go. With a sharp blade cut the exposed part of the container. Whats left is a perfect fitting sabot. Good luck PS Do you have pic of this cannon. I have some 6" pip...

why did you file the Endcap? What part didnt fit? Also someone on the forum posted that he used a Rubber coupling on his co-axial same design minus the Sprinkler valve. EDIT: Just took a closer look. You are probably loosing some air through the bolt? If so JB Weld or maybe a glue gun will help. Sec...
