Look for a camping store. They have them there.

5mins from me is a camping disposal store called Uptons. They sell ball bearings there. Like 100 for $12. They are used for sling shots. Not sure if they have small ones. But I think they had 6mm when I was last there.

No one knows? I like the laws here. Much safer here. Guns are hard to get and I hope it stays like that. I don't want anything to happen like what happens in the states. We've had the same priminister for 12years. People like the laws and its going to stay like that. These cannons are just as danger...

Re: Best paint (Australia)

They are just stunned when they find 1. I want to paint PVC and 2. Why I am building cannons/firearms. Would you tell the folks at the local hardware store that you need a jackhammer to rob a bank? Then don't tell them you need the PVC for spudguns, no sense in drawing needless attention to your ho...

Best paint (Australia)

Whats the best paint in australia for pneumatics. I dont want the paint to weaken the cannon.

No one at my local hardware knows. They are just stunned when they find 1. I want to paint PVC and 2. Why I am building cannons/firearms.

Any suggestions. Brands or places to look?

Haha, I got the piston to seal. But the piston is too heavy or the compression spring is too hard to compress. As it had to have a heavy load of force to push it. Ill have to down grade to a smaller one.

I only just put the epoxy on. And I havent tried it. Ill see what happens now. Then if not Ill start to take the piston apart and retry.

The piston weighs 200grams, its pretty heavy. I just dont think theres enough force of air to push the piston against the barrel. http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x88/Spoon1337/Image006.jpg http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x88/Spoon1337/Image005-1.jpg Its sealed at the bottom. And has a special ...

But its 1/4 filled with hot glue. That should seal it? If I push the piston hard enough against the barrel a friend isnt able the blow into and make it leak. Yes I know this isnt enought pressure. But one pump shouldnt be too much higher. So I dont know. The piston isnt pushing against the barrel ha...

Piston Not sealing.

Im having a problem with my first piston. its a barrel sealing T valve. 50mm bore, 32mm port. For some reason the piston doesnt seem to seal against the barrel. Im filling with a schrader. Im using a lynx can as my piston. It fits with not even .5 of mm to play with. So equalization holes arent need...

Alright thanks. Did you cut the top and the end off and just sit some pvc in there? Or filled the dome (bottom) with some epoxy? Im not 100% what you've done, but I can probably use two pvc disks on each end or sit them on the coupler and epoxy them on each end. are you saying you filled it with hot...
