lol, I look in the back, at the highest angle possible to check my spark...
I need a better one, thats my prob is my fuel isn't ignighting.

From the reasons I know of that cause that...

1. not very air tight

cause- bad joints, lose amunition

solution- use a sabot or cut the potato better, If it's a construction problem your gonna have to either struggle with patching holes or toss it and buy materials for a new one...



2. bad fuel ...

or you could just toss the stun gun thing and try out an ignition coil...
they run on 12v, big sparkes too.
would need a large batery tho.

I would just make lots of holes in the end of the barrel/silencer and maybe put some cotton cloth around it all

Ok, I went pipe scouting...
Would I be better off using some sections of steal pipe or a 4" pvc pipe??
also the biggest ball valve I could find was a 1" metal one. (I'm not doing sprinkler thing)

as I said, I think its the electrodes and the fact that there old and corroded...
I have shinny new brass ones that I will install within the next few days.
I used some simular bolts from the same place with a mini I build... same prob unless I constantly twist them around, even then it's only fired ...

I did, and there isnt really anywhere else for it to spark...

I can use ABS for the barrel right??
But from what I understand it can't be used for the chamber??
is that right??

Yes, but its also a very weak spark.
I can hardly see it sometimes...

I built a mini today and it had the same prob.

I think it may be a bad connection on my electrodes.

I think my spark is just too small...
but I'm too angry (other word in head...) at the fregan (again, not what I would say ) cannon to fix it now.

well I was thinking a chamber made of 1" steel pipe I think is laying around.
maybe atach that to a 1" ball valve and a 1.5" barrel.

would that work?? because the steel can hold a high pressure...
maybe I'll get ...

the right guard has ALWAYS worked other times...
Even in my old mini Q-tip cannon.

With the bigger gap it only sparked like 1/10 times.
I went out and got new shinny brass bolts, maybe they will work better.
I'm using about the same amount of fuel too.
It's just weird...
(I even tryed carberator cleaner, as my dad ...

if your a pnuematic person then what are you doing in the combustion discussion??
