Well I brought it outside to shoot it today, shoots pretty consistent, my guess is it shoots around 340fps judging from experience. I will chronograph it as soon as I get the chance. It is interesting to see all the comments. This is by far one of the most realistic airsoft guns I have seen. I picked it up from overseas and the thing is amazing. airsoft guns I would not consider toys either because they can cause bodily harm as well. I would never treat an airsoft gun as a toy, When something can kill a small animal with ease, its not a toy anymore. So with that said, I will let this argument continue

ah, maybe range is moot because you dont have a hopup

If you close your mind and never try to acheive range with a pengun, then of course it will never have range

if you were shooting spherical projectiles, you could install a type of hopup that causes backspin on the projectile, even with low velocity shots shooting around 10 feet, ive seen their ranged doubled. Even if it is a fixed hopup or a tiny set screw in the barrel, It would really increase the range...
