Well I brought it outside to shoot it today, shoots pretty consistent, my guess is it shoots around 340fps judging from experience. I will chronograph it as soon as I get the chance. Yeah the model of this gun is after the 1911 MEU (Marine Expeditionary Unit) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MEU(SOC)_pi...

It is interesting to see all the comments. This is by far one of the most realistic airsoft guns I have seen. I picked it up from overseas and the thing is amazing. I am having so much fun playing with it. The slide has a nice snap to it and firing off rapid shots feeling the thing kick is just awes...

Update: here are some pics of the body after the installation of the sprinkler valve, but when I woke up this morning, one of the two wires that comes from the solenoid popped out. I am looking at the solenoid and I dont see a way to take it apart and I doubt I could fix the wiring cause it looks li...

Ok. Well I wish there were fields like that here in Alabama. Oh well. Back yard skirmishes are ok, except my mortar is too over powered for it. Back to basics I guess. Do you ever to go an actual field where they have safety waivers, a staff an an actual dedicated field? Or do you typically do back...

Actually in a lot of fields it is common place to allow pneumatic cannons. Combustion's are almost always not allowed. When bringing your pneumatic cannon to the field, you have to get it approved by the field owner typically. I have never had a problem with getting any launcher accepted because I ...

pen gun, with two little thread holes, one on the front that goes somewhat into the barrel, and one in the back, have the sight atually be threaded into those threaded holes. And the two parts of the sight would be threaded onto each other, and that combination of the two sights threaded togehter wo...

if you were shooting spherical projectiles, you could install a type of hopup that causes backspin on the projectile, even with low velocity shots shooting around 10 feet, ive seen their ranged doubled. Even if it is a fixed hopup or a tiny set screw in the barrel, It would really increase the range...

That's really clean looking. Can't wait to see what it can do. Great work. Thanks, I fitted the sprinkler valve in there, I did an okay job, kinda over cut a little bit, but trying to fit something like this so its perfectly centered in the tube, in just the right spot so that the air tank can thre...

3/4" and 2". Mostly 2", but I may use them in my 3/4" noob tube. the smaller the diameter means you need a higher pressure for the same burst disk material... so like foil tape will burst at a different pressure on 3/4 than it would on 1.25.. smaller diameter = more pressure needed because of surfa...
