Filling air from a pressure washer

I just purchased a 2000psi power washer. Is it also capable of filling air tanks, if so, how can I do it safely?

Looks like that sprinkler valve was freshly dug out of the ground . very nice though. I like the spacer you built between the barrel and chamber.

I asked the same question to a guy at the hardware store and he said not as much as sch40 pvc. I would double check that though.

What about when expanding or when being transfered from nitro tank to chamber?

one of my friends uses Co2 and Propane to fill his chamber. His chamber shattered like glass when he dropped it. is there anything else besides overpressure that would cause a chamber to shatter?

The chamber was unfilled when it shattered.

Temperature dropage of compressed air

I'm having problems with Co2 and nitrogen compromising the durability of PVC 40 and 80.

Does anyone know of a compressed air that does not cause a massive temperature drop besides hand pumping the chamber?

ok. I tested cannon at the gas station's air compressor. Still no luck. I did a thurough examination. I checked the intake to make sure there were no leaks by attaching a condom to the inner chamber and inflated it (I used a latex glove at first but it didn't fit very well). There were no leaks on t...

Nitrogen and PVC

I'm thinking of using a nitro tank to fill the reservoir. Is there any danger in using nitrogen and would it degrade the PVC quicker than CO2 or regular compressed air? I believe if nitrogen is more powerful, I wouldn't have to fill the reservoir all that much and I wouldn't have to carry too many c...

-rating is at 260 PSI
-Yes I have cemented the gun together
-How would the reducer cause a problem? Which reducer are you talking about? The 2in (top) or 3 inch (bottom)?

-I'm filling up with a bike pump -I don't think it's leaking above the diaphram or out the blow gun -Diaphram has no punctures or lacerations -The spring should be set in place -I've tried reversing the valve -Pipe is schedule 40 should be good enough. This one guy I met at the parts store uses sch ...
