you could just but a small like 1/4 ballvalve at the base of the barrel to vent the extra air and just close it before firing. easy cheap and small.

ok so as the title indicates i am looking for a blowgun replacement, the size and functionality just isn't there and they are longer than they need to be. does anyone know of some small valve that could handle at least 250 psi for a bbmg that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?

in airsoft skirmishes at sequoia airsoft. pretty good but the range sucks it is a pretty intimidating weapon tho. but i really love to use my kwa the ting preforms beautifully an is super reliable.

this is my airsoft collection top is kwa m16 with madbull ris and hurricane eotech clone. below is a ca m15a4 rifle internally upgraded. below that is a ca cqb gun. and at the bottom is a vortex block bbmg, and to the left is a kwa g18c.

if you can't either read or just go out and try stuff, there is no hope for him in this hobby. the whole thing is about seeing what works for you. i lay in bed or in class thinking or something new and trying to figure out how it will work. that is the point of the hobby imho. if he is not capable ...

no don't get the kobalt setup for a bbmg. i have it and it really sucks for actual skirmishing. the psi drops to 55 when you start firing and it empties in 1-2 minutes. it might be useable if you put an expansion chamber but still get something that lets you adjust the psi past 115psi you'll be ...

the problem with that is in both the time needed to do that much testing and the very limited supply of high grade aluminum i can get my hands on. so from people with more experimental experience what works best?
