Edit: I just realized that air cylinders (or something similar) could potentially increase efficiency dramatically if they contract during the shot. I'll investigate this.

There has got to be a better way to cut these stencils than with an x-acto knife. Took me an hour to carve a "WMD - Weapon of Mashed Destruction" stencil. Good find with those pictures though. I definitely want some companion cube love.

As long as the surface area suddenly increases like a "snap-valve", the original design will work fine. Tech's idea might work better, but I don't think it is necessary.

Haha, I've had a half charged photocap discharged to my finger, and my arm mildly spazed out. I was using a 1000 volt (don't know amp) industrial wire tester (i forget the real name for it), but the camera flash was much worse.
