Edit: I just realized that air cylinders (or something similar) could potentially increase efficiency dramatically if they contract during the shot. I'll investigate this. Welcome to the effeciency of springers. That is why they don't require massive pumping. They are highly effecient. Anyone have ...

There has got to be a better way to cut these stencils than with an x-acto knife. Took me an hour to carve a "WMD - Weapon of Mashed Destruction" stencil. Good find with those pictures though. I definitely want some companion cube love.

Spud Gun iPhone Game!

This just in! Tower Madness, a new iphone tower defense game, features spudgun turrets! I don't know whether or not it will be any good, but its nice to know that spudguns are going mainstream. Interesting take on design, I wonder how they get that to seal? http://toucharcade.com/wp-content/uploads...

As long as the surface area suddenly increases like a "snap-valve", the original design will work fine. Tech's idea might work better, but I don't think it is necessary.

I love the shiny stock! Wow, can't wait to see the video!!
And.... do you have a link or some explanation to how the valve works?
I'm guessing you are using a spring to reset the QEV?

Yes, Yes, No. I never use pods, mostly because they pull down my pants when I try to run. Also, I conserve ammo and like speedball matches, so a hopper usually lasts me 2 rounds.

Wow, 50 Euros is a lot. Unless the perfomence is spectacular or the US Dollar gains some weight, I would not want to pay over 50$ USD. However, I say go for it, advertise here and on youtube. I won't even try to guess how it works w/o a hammer or spool or batts. Is a sleve valve the considered a spo...

Haha, I've had a half charged photocap discharged to my finger, and my arm mildly spazed out. I was using a 1000 volt (don't know amp) industrial wire tester (i forget the real name for it), but the camera flash was much worse.

That's the tubing I mentioned, thanks for the item number, velocity. I have not heard of an "industry standard" before... do you mean for the valve and breach assembly, or the actual barrel? Many brands sell barrel packs with different sized barrels to swap out for better paint-to-barrel match, as f...
