Ok, so I talked to my friend who is a wiz at stuff like this. He's gunna make me one when I give him the parts.

I'm pretty sure that that is still illegal in the fact that you are altering the sound of your gun to make it quieter. I tried to make one for my airsoft gun and my friend asked his dad who was a cop and he said no way. Maybe its different for paintball but IDK.
